In my own opinion headsets/headphones, are quite difficult to test as the results are going to be based mainly around the user’s personal preference

To start of, this is a 5.1 headset, so be expected to see three
3.5mm connectors which is Center, Front , and Rear. Don’t be
fooled, the USB cable is used to power up your headset. Yes, this
headset needs external power source, without it you will not get
any sound signals to your headset

Desktop remote makes your life easier, you will never need to
change your volume settings through the desktop. It has a Mute
button, Mic Mute button, and adjustments for your surrounds.
Not only that, there is one unique feature about this headphones,
it RUMBLES/VIBRATES when there are sub signals. The sub slider
on the remote lets you adjust the vibration for you ^_^

Kave has an aluminium hinges, making this headset even more

solid and the adjustable vibration unit which gives that extra
realism in games.

Yeah the  headset is heavy, well, that’s nothing to complain about
if you want quality headsets. Kave is comfortable to put on, the
ear cups are well cushioned and fit well to my ears. The three pads
on  the headband helps to distribute weight so the weight isn’t an
issue at all. Noise cancellation on this headset works pretty well, it
became very quiet after i put on the headset. You will never know if
there’s a fire alarm LOL

I listened to different genres of music including my favorite tester

Nina Live CD and Kenny G songs to test the full range that the
headset can deliver.after configuring the roccat kave 5.1 control
pod . i played couple of  songs. and all i can say is WOW!
i can really feel the crisp 5.1 surround. though i noticed the bass is
a little bit dip compared to mid and high frequencies nervertheless
at this level of gaming cans im starting to love it.

The microphone clarity was excellent, I had no problem bending it
to whatever position I wanted. the noise cancellation is good

I just want to share a little tweaking . Trust Me Guys .It really
helps specially for those who are using on board soundcards  8)

its called X-fi Emulator . I know some of you knows it already. just follow this link
